National Export Event 2026
On Wednesday 30 September, the National Export Event 2026 (NEX26) will take place. This year, Atradius Dutch State Business is a partner of NEX26: the premier meeting place for exporters, international business developers and SMEs with international ambitions. A day full of inspiration, practical insights and valuable contacts for entrepreneurs looking to grow internationally.
Doing business internationally requires, more than ever, sharp insight and the right support. Markets are shifting, costs are rising and geopolitical uncertainty is playing an increasingly significant role. Led by chairperson Rianne Roggema, Bert Colijn, chief economist at ING, will share his vision of this changing world. Minister Sjoerdsma of Foreign Trade will then discuss the role of the government. The 10 winners of the Oranje Trade Mission Fund will also be announced during NEX26.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one discussions with Economic and Trade managers from Dutch embassies. In addition, the programme features five knowledge sessions on current topics that are directly relevant to entrepreneurs with international growth plans.

Breakout sessions
On behalf of Atradius DSB, Oscar Boot and Margriet van Dongen, together with Edwin Hazelaar from ING, will take part in the session ‘Growing in a changing world’. In this business story, Reinier Nagtegaal from ECE Offshore Projects shares his experiences of international growth and highlights the choices, opportunities and challenges involved.
Atradius DSB is also represented in the panel discussion ‘Where investment ends and financial support begins’. Together with entrepreneur Piet Stroet from Bercomex and experts from Invest International, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and OHV, Mackenzie Masaki will discuss how public instruments can facilitate international plans when commercial financing or insurance alone is not sufficient.
